8. Booking & Cancellation Policy

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied to your final treatment cost.

  • We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.

  • No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment cost.

  • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment shortened or rescheduled, and the deposit may be forfeited.

9. Refund Policy

  • Payments for completed treatments are non-refundable.

  • If you purchase a treatment package and decide not to proceed, you may request a refund within 7 days, provided no sessions have been used. An administrative fee may apply.

  • For partially used packages, refunds (if applicable) will be calculated based on full-price rates for sessions already completed.

  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another appointment if adequate notice (48 hours) is given.

  • Retail products may be refunded or exchanged if returned unused and unopened within 14 days. Opened products can only be refunded if faulty or defective.
